Associated Builders & Contractors Indiana/Kentucky (ABC)

August - April, ongoing

One night per week of class at Prosser (5:30-8:30 PM), plus on-the-job learning

$2900 per year, with discount for ABC members.

Gain skills and experience in construction, as well as earning NCCER Core and OSHA 30 certifications. This class is free for Indiana residents who qualify.

Ivy Tech Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) Training

Begining Welding 1

Want to learn how to weld but have no previous experience? Prosser Career Education Center is offering this welding skills training night class for beginner welders. Email teresa@soinworks.com for more information or to register.

Beginning Welding I:

Prosser Career Education Center

Tuesdays 5-9 PM
9 weeks
$600

Learn the basics of welding for beginners. This class will cover welding equipment and safety, stick welding (SMAW), oxy acetylene torch set up and operation, and other topics if time allows. Future classes will build off of this starter course.

Prosser TIG Welding

Tuesdays 5:00 - 9:00 PM

January 6th - March 3rd, 2026

9 weeks $575

This Prosser night class will be focused on TIG welding. Previous welding experience is highly recommended as this is an advanced class. Contact Teresa Moulton at teresa@soinworks.com.

Prosser Fire Academy - FF1 and FF2 Certification

August 2026 - February 2027

Hybrid online lectures and in person skills days at Prosser

Rotating Saturday / Sunday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

$900

Prepare for an exciting career as a firefighter. This six-month course will prepare you to be certified in Fire Fighter I and Fire Fighter II, industry-recognized certifications issued by the Indiana Department of Homeland Security. You must be at least 18 years of age for this course.
